Summer Throwback

Hey, It's been some time since I last came here but there has been a lot of stuff going on in my life lately. I decided not to move to another city although I already had been looking for a flat and now I have to wait until the end of January to apply again for University.

So, here's a little throwback to Summer time, right now it's pouring rain outside and slowly getting colder. Time to cuddle up in bed, watch some movies and drink tea and have a relaxed Sunday evening.

I hope you're having a good time as well, some close friends of mine are moving next week and I'm helping them so there's a week of painting and IKEA furniture ahead. What are your plans?

Black skirt



Hey everyone, it's been some hot days now and I feel like this is really summer. On those super warm days I prefer loose clothes and that's why I chose this combination of the loose baby blue top and the black skirt. Although its colour is not that summerish and gets hot so easily this one is totally different because it is so loose, so you feel like not wearing anything at all. That might sound funny but it is so comfortable and what I think is really feminine is its cut. I'm totally in love with this skirt!

I have been to the hairdresser lately and it is still strange to have a little shorter hair but it is so much more healthy especially in the ends. I know it's been a while since my last visit and I will definitively go there more regularly in the future, I promise.

I'm enjoying these summer days although I work quite a lot to be able to go out and maybe even on a short holiday. Are you planning to go on a vacation this summer?

Who doesn't love those summer days where you feel like things nearly can't get better and you have that smile on you face that doesn't leave? Nobody I guess. Today is a hot summer day and I felt like this dress would match perfectly with my mood. The colorful pattern and its bright flowers in combination with the wide skirt part is just amazing.

Hello everyone, recently I've been drowning in work. I worked at a ten day long festival and it got me really exhausted at the end. But now there is time for better things, like styling my new treasures from Paris.

Hey everyone, I hope you're having a good time. It's been really good weather and I will hopefully go to the beach later. I haven't been swimming in the sea this year but as you might have seen I've been to the Caribbean and therefore I feel like I have had some summer already.

 

Flower Crown

Hey you all, I spent the weekend in another city with a friend of mine and now that I'm back I love combining my new things like this Flower crown. I bought the skirt while I was in Milano in November and I thought it would fit quite well with this peachy T-Shirt that lets me feel like Summer instantly. I'm having plans for this summer. Next week I'm leaving to Paris with my boyfriend. I seriously cannot wait to see that city. I'm hoping to get to travel a little more this summer but first I need a new job. I know I told you a few weeks ago that I started something new but I realized quite quickly that it wasn't the right thing for me. No worries but also no money. There is a big festival in my city in the end of June and I will work there but it is only for a week and I'm already looking for something to do afterwards. I will tell you if I make some progress.

Hey everyone, I'm having great plans for the rest of the week, I will meet with friends for a barbecue later and I will spent a fantastic weekend. I hope I will do some shopping and you'll probably see the results soon on here. I really enjoy going shopping but I hate to give away my money. I will be leaving again in a few weeks so normally I had to save all my money for that but I think I can just allow myself some new stuff from time to time.

Hey everyone, I hope you're having a wonderful weekend. I will be working this afternoon and the rest will be free time and relaxing. There's currently a hot time where I live, yesterday evening it was the worst when the air became thicker and you could feel the thunderstorm approach but it didn't rain until this morning so I had a hard time trying to get some sleep. It's better now and I hope I will be able to go to the beach this weekend. What are your plans?

Navy Jumpsuit

 

 

Hey everyone, this is an Outfit I wore a couple of weeks ago but I still think that I need to show you especially because of the amazing location we had. It is an old train station that nowadays is a museum. Unfortunately we couldn't go inside the trains but it still looked great.

I'm having a lot going in my life right now, job changes and making plans for the future. I need to figure out what I want to study but sometimes I feel like I should decide what I will be doing in my whole life and that is a big pressure on my shoulders. Still, I'm enjoying my time until then and I'm trying to take a lot more pictures.

Festival look

 

Okay, I know the Festival season is only starting to begin but this Outfit makes me want to have summer right now. I'm planning to go to the Holi Festival. Do you have experience with it? It's the one where you throw coloured packages of powder in the air and celebrate. It is originally from India and Looks like a lot of fun to me. Although this would probably not be the best one to wear this look. I would definitively be too afraid to ruin all my clothes.

I'm wearing a high waisted Jeans Shorts with a bordeaux short sleeved blouse and a White crochet vest. I added a beige hat and a flowery bagpack. I cannot wait for summer!

Aztec Bagpack

 

Hey you all, I hope you're having a great day. Mine was relaxed. It looked like rain the entire time but I still managed to take some Pictures before it all went down. I like this bagpack a lot because it is so small and comfortable to carry and still it fits a lot of things inside. I wanted it to stand out so I kept the rest of the outfit really simple. Although it is actually getting warmer I still had to wear this jacket on top of the Dress.

Right now I'm watching a movie and then straight into bed. Maybe I'll make myself a tea for later. That always helps me to fall asleep quickly. My favourite taste is Apple. Which one is yours?

Another black and White combination with my favourite pair of sunglasses. They're in a classic matt black and therefore they can be easily combined with like almost every Outfit. This by the way is my favourite place to take Pictures although I envy a lot of Bloggers who have a lot of nice places in the City where they don't ruin their shoes as soon as they leave the small path. These shoes are increidbly comfortable. I could wear them all day Long and would probably still not have Problems. I'm off to work now. I hope you enjoy These outfit pictures and my portraits.

 

Caribbean holiday

This is it, pictures from my vacation to the Domenican Republic where I spend two weeks. You can see my Hotel with the Pool and the Trimaran that brought us to the Island Saona. This place looks like you imagine the typical white beach with palms.

I found this nice place, that invites you to relax there all day long and I could have probably stayed for a long time. This excursion was really nice although there were some annoying people on the boat with us that kept on dancing and screaming and all I wanted was to relax and enjoy the atmosphere which kinda became impossible. So it was heavenly quiet when we finally found a nice spot under some palm trees.

Our Hotel was amazing. We had our own separated area without children and so it was easy to relax. We could decide whether we wanted to eat in an à la Carte Restaurant or in the buffet area which we almost always did. You can see my typical choice below.

I can only recommend going there, it was my first time in the Caribbean and I loved it.

Pastel Spring

 

Finally it's getting warmer here, so it's time to bring out the flower dresses. I really like this one, it makes me feel instantly better. I wore a light blue blazer and some heels with it. And I think the braided detail also adds some spring feeling. This is my favourite time, when you can wear dresses and only add a sweater for when it's getting colder or a light jacket. I have to get them out of the depths of my closet where I stored them during wintertime.

A friend of mine took these pictures and it was fun to try out the new camera functions. That's why you get a lot of close-ups. I do love portraits!

Hey you, I totally fell in love with These tights. At first look they seem normal but as soon as you turn around they have this little detail that catches your eye. I took These Pictures in a forest and I was lucky to see two rabbits and even a deer! Unfortunately they were as surprised as I was so I couldn't take a Picture of them as they vanished so quickly. I tried something new with my hair. What do you think about it? Do you like it?
